1. Scope & Acceptable Use

Cuiko.click is a curated interface connecting vetted mobile application developers with commissioning clients. Access to the roster, methodology insights, and contact mechanisms is provided strictly for professional evaluation and legitimate engagement. We do not permit data scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering of our selection heuristics. Any attempt to deconstruct the "Cuiko Protocol" via unauthorized means is a material breach of these terms.

Users agree to utilize the site for its intended editorial and recruitment purpose. This includes reviewing developer profiles, understanding our process, and initiating contact via the provided forms. Misrepresentation of identity or intent while interacting with the platform results in immediate removal from the ecosystem.

2. Intellectual Property & Attribution

The "Cuiko" brand, methodology diagrams, and editorial content are proprietary assets. While we encourage sharing links to our profiles and processes, direct reproduction of text, images, or the "Launch Sequence" diagrams requires written consent. Developer portfolios displayed on Cuiko.click remain the intellectual property of the individual creators. Clients commissioning a build acquire rights to the final deliverable code, but retain no ownership over Cuiko's underlying selection framework or internal documentation.

Attribution is mandatory in any public case study referencing a Cuiko-curated developer. "Vouched" status is non-transferable.

3. Liability & Service Trade-offs

Cuiko.click operates as a facilitation layer. We vet rigorously, but technical execution remains the domain of the developer. Understanding these trade-offs is essential before engagement.

Exclusivity vs. Availability

The Trade-off: Top-tier developers are often booked months in advance.
Mitigation: Cuiko prioritizes lead-time matching. We reserve slots for "Commissioned" clients.

Speed vs. Architecture

The Trade-off: Rapid deployment may compromise scalable architecture.
Mitigation: The "Logic Mapping" phase (Day 1) enforces strict architecture review before code is written.

Curated vs. Infinite Choice

The Trade-off: You only see a subset of available talent.
Mitigation: We do not hide "hidden gems." If a developer isn't listed, they didn't pass the "Vouched" threshold.

Common Failure Modes

Violating these terms typically results from misunderstanding the Cuiko operational model. Avoid these specific pitfalls to maintain standing.

    Commissioning a build and ceasing communication. This burns developer bridges. Mitigation: Agreed response windows are enforced in the commission contract.

  • Scope Drift

    Claiming ownership of the "Cuiko Methodology." Mitigation: Cease and desist, plus removal from the ecosystem.
